Believers who invest their hearts, time, families, and finances in the building of a local church deserve to have confidence in church leadership. People are looking for leaders who conduct themselves with integrity and respect when making decisions that affect their lives.

The Pastoral staff team is led by the Senior Pastor. This team oversees the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church. These staff pastors serve the congregation and are responsible for the development of the spiritual life of the church.

2. WE ARE PROTECTED BY ELDERS
Victory Church operates with a leadership of elders who bring spiritual and corporate oversight. The elders, led by the Senior Pastor, are responsible for the spiritual direction of the church, protecting and encouraging a positive spiritual climate within the body and provide prayer covering. All elders are to model a Godly lifestyle, defend and protect the integrity of the church, pray for the sick and represent the church to the community.
3. STRENGTHENED BY RELATIONSHIP
Victory Church is in relationship with the Association of Related Churches, a national organization of churches working with church planters, church leaders, and churches in transition to provide support, guidance and resources to launch and grow life-giving churches. Through this relationship, we receive effective resources, ministry, and mentoring from like-minded, caring, wise ministry leaders across the nation to help us grow in ministry.
