Event Team
Prepares and serves all conference meals, including Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, and lunch. Handles setup and teardown, creating a welcoming, organized environment where guests can relax, connect, and be refreshed between sessions.
Flow Team
Prepares and resets the room for each session, ensuring every element is ready. Stocks ministry supplies and supports other teams. During prayer times, serves as a welcoming presence—helping guide participants, offering direction, and creating a smooth, distraction-free environment.
Intercessor Team
Covers the conference in prayer, creating a spiritually strong and expectant atmosphere. Serves as watchmen and worshippers—supporting the Flow and Prayer Teams by interceding for participants and helping create space for the power of God to move freely.
Prayer Team
Ministers to participants through prayer, listening to the Holy Spirit and loving people toward freedom and wholeness. Serves with boldness and compassion, helping each person encounter God’s healing and experience the victory He has for them.
Setup Team (Thursday Work Night)
Prepares the environment for the conference by organizing materials, assembling resources, and setting up key elements throughout the space. From folding t-shirts to preparing participant bags, this team helps create a ready, intentional atmosphere for everything God will do.
